Refining & Wetting Agent EAL

EAL has good penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing and cleaning properties, especially has good effect for removing mineral oil, machinery oil and wax, It has a perfect property for capillary.

Features

  • It is a excellent chelation for metal ion, can reduce the chromatic aberration cause the metal ion in dye, but no effect of demetalization for metal dye
  • Have good effect on cellulosic fibers, synthetic fiber and cospinning fibre; be used for pre-boiling, boiling, and dyeing system
  • Excellent penetration property, can reduce penetration dosage even no need to add other penetrating agent when AL be used
  • There is foam in the normal temperature, but the foam slowly to reduce follows the temperature raise, over 50”C. The foam disappear

Applications

 1. Scouring for cotton fabric/yarn
  EAL 0.5-1.5g/l
  Anti-crease agent EF580 0-2.0g/l
  NaOH 1.0-2.0g/l
  Sequestrant & Dispersant ECG300 0.5-1.0g/l
  H2O2 (27.5%)3-10%
  Bath ratio 1:8--1:10
Add in follow the above order under 50oC, then heating up temperature to 95-98oC, keep temperature45-60min, and cold solution ejection them, re-injection water, hearing up temperature to 60-80oC and working 10 min, then ejection solution, Ineed that process neutralization process, cold washing and continue to next process.

    2. Scouring for polyester/cotton and its cospinning fabric/yarn
  EAL 0.5-1.5g/l
  Anti-crease agent EF580 1.0-2.0g/l
  NaOH 1.0-3.0g/l
  Calcined soda 2.0-4.0g/l
  Sequestrant & Dispersant ECG300 0.5-1.0g/l
  H2O2 (27.5%)3-8%
  Bath ratio 1:8--1:12
Add in follow the above order under 50oC, then heating up temperature to 95-98oC according on 3oC/min, keep temperature 45-60min, and cold solution to temperature 60-80oC, ejection solution, washing on temperature at 60-70oC, if need that process neutralization process, continue to next process

    3. Pretreatment for synthetic fibre before dyeing
  EAL 0.5-1.5g/l
  Anti-crease agent EF580 1.0-2.0g/l
  Calcined soda 2.0-4.0g/l
  Sequestrant & Dispersant ECG300 0.5-1.0g/l
  Bath ratio 1:8--1:12
Add in follow the above order under 50oC, then heating up temperature to 70-98oC according on 3oC/min, keep temperature 45-20min, and cold solution to temperature 50-60oC, ejection solution, washing on temperature at 50-60oC, continue to next process

    4. Washing off
  General dosage: 1-2%
